Beaches, Forests, Deserts and Mountains . . . Oh My!
Travel from San Francisco on Hwy 101 to the scenic Southern Oregon Coastline. Once at Bandon travel inland along the Umpqua River and pass 13 waterfalls before you reach Crater Lake National Park. East of Crater Lake you will enter the High Desert, Klamath County, known for its incredible wildlife and birding experiences. The following day cross over the Pacific Crest Trail and head down the Cascade Mountains into Ashland, home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Then head down I-5 to San Francisco. |
