Baxter in Coquille, Oregon to obtain the license. You cannot take the application home – it must be filled out in their office. There is a 3 full-day waiting period and your license is valid on the 4th day. The license is good for 60 days. No blood tests are required and no witnesses are required to get the license. To get married you must have 2 witnesses over the age of 18 at the ceremony. License fee is $50.00 The County Clerk can perform marriage ceremonies. County Clerk’s office is open from 8:00am-Noon and from 1:00-5:00pm Monday through Friday. (541) 396-3121 x223. District Court Judges at the North Bend Annex – 1975 McPherson in North Bend, routinely perform marriage ceremonies. They do require advance notice. (541) 756-2020 x537. Fees vary.
