You get a perfectly matched entrée and glass of wine, anywhere from 4-5 courses. Its a leisurely  meal where the chef and wine maker talk to you in between, the food is stunning, the wine is perfectly matched, the service is impeccable, its a great relaxed yet elegant feel.
