We love summer on Oregon’s Adventure Coast, but we sure have missed Chef’s Table at Oregon Coast Culinary Institute (OCCI)!
Chef’s Table, OCCI’s externship program, is a great way for locals and visitors to enjoy world-class cuisine from some of our region’s brightest aspiring culinary stars for a fraction of the price. Just ask anyone who has ever tried it!
OCCI, a partnership with Southwestern Oregon Community College, is one of the most affordable culinary schools in the nation. The new 17,000 square foot facility is a start-of-the-art culinary facility gives aspiring chefs a place to train in culinary arts, including direct work in a bustling kitchen and study of specialized foods and cuisines.

Chef’s Table is open on Fridays for lunch and dinner during the Fall, Winter and Spring terms. Be sure to make your reservation no later than Thursday. This is a popular event and regularly sells out.
