The Mill Casino * Hotel’s Annual BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay has grown into one of The Mill’s most attended events. Finger-lickin' good barbecue, hand-crafted beers, and smokin’ hot tunes at the BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay, Memorial Day Weekend.

Whether you’re a grill master or just love to eat great barbecue, this event is for you. BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay, May 24-25, 2025 at The Mill Casino • Hotel & RV Park .

Live entertainment this year features the Blue Tide Blues Band and Inner Limits! NEW THIS YEAR - People’s Choice Awards for Mac N Cheese and Oysters. Also New This Year - Ice Carving & Whole Hog Demo: On Saturday, May 24, at 4:00pm Rolling Smoke BBQ Team will be unveiling a whole smoked hog that will be offered out for samples. Make sure to stop by their booth to take a look, and a taste! On Sunday, May 25 from 12pm-3pm Chef Chris Foltz, Master Ice Sculptor, will create an ice masterpiece from a huge block of ice!

Stop by the Demo Tent to catch Pitmasters, Oyster Farmers, Chef’s and more demonstrating how to make something that they specialize in. A schedule will be posted soon!

Big Moe Cason, Champion Pitmaster and host of National Geographic World of Flavor, will be back for public meet & greets, cookbook signing and more.

BBQ!

For the 12th Year, The Mill brings you finger-lickin' good barbeque for a Kansas City Barbecue Society Sanctioned Event, bringing the best grill masters and teams together, vying for the title of Grand Champion! See the schedule below for tasting times!

How it Works:
$5 entry fee gets you into the event each day. Participating vendors will have a 2 oz. sample of BBQ for sale. Attendees can also purchase a full meal from The Mill Grab N Go.

BLUES!

Smokin’ hot tunes from some of the best blues musicians throughout both days. After grabbing some BBQ and a Brew, stop in the music tent to hear these great bands! See schedule below for times and bands.

BREWS!

At each of the three beer stations, guests will be able to buy a commemorative logo’d pint cup for $10, or $18 for a cup and a 16oz beer pour of their choice. Full size 16oz beers on tap are $9 and sample size 5oz beer is $4. A selection of wine will also be available for purchase with cash or card.

NEW IN 2025! CORNHOLE TOURNAMENT

The Coquille Community Cornhole League and The Mill Casino bring you “Cornhole for a Cause” during the BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay event. Two days of a fundraising tournament to raise money for Camp Millennium, a nonprofit which provides a summer camp for children dealing with cancer.

Saturday, May 24th will be team play, double elimination with two round robin rounds to set up the bracket. This guarantees at least four games for every team. Entry is $25 per person/$50 per team.

Sunday, May 25th will be a singles play, double elimination with two round robin rounds. Entry will be $25 per person.

There will be awards and prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in teach tournament.

100% of all proceeds will go to Camp Millennium.
