Oregon's Adventure Coast Spotlight: 22nd Annual Charleston Seafood Festival August 13 & 14, 2011

Oregon Coast locals and visitors will enjoy a weekend food, fun for the whole family, music and crafts at Charleston Seafood Festival August 13-14, 2011. The annual festival is a celebration Charleston’s fishing village heritage and the bounty of Pacific seafood.

It all began back in 1986 when the festival was  known as the Charlie Tuna Festival. It has since grown into one of the most popular events in Charleston and attracts an estimated 15,000 and 20,000 visitors each year. The Charleston Volunteer Firefighters’ Association will host for the second year.
