Summer’s just getting started, and so are we! Buckle up for a summer packed full of music, food, and activities in the shape of our many festivals! We hope you have plenty of sunscreen, because you’re going to need it!

Clamboree and Glass Arts Festival

Saturday, 6/25/2016 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Join this celebration of the history, the clams, the culture, and the future of our area. Venues include the Fire Hall, the Hollering Place, Ed Lund Park, the Tribal House of the Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw tribes, and the downtown area along Newmark Avenue. Live music all day provided by local bands. Vendors, glassblowers and a beer garden.

Fun activities ALL DAY!

3rd of July Fireworks on Coos Bay

Don’t miss Oregon’s Largest Fireworks Display on July 3! The Mill Casino will light up the skies over North Bend and the Coos Bay shoreline, with their annual waterfront fireworks display.

Guests are invited to enjoy the 10 p.m. fireworks show for free in the non-reserved seating areas located along the boardwalk. An outdoor grill, beverage station and beer garden will be available at the north side of the casino from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. while free non-stop shuttle service will be available from the south end of Pony Village Mall (next to Macy’s and cinema) to the casino from 7 p.m. until midnight

4th of July in Mingus Park & Coos Bay Boardwalk

Monday, 7/4/2016 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Fishing ponds, face painting, FREE swimming, family competitions, clowns, kids entertainment, horse viewing & petting, Boy Scouts, Furry Friends Therapy Dogs. Crafts and goodie bags, food available, and much more. Fireworks by the City of Coos Bay.

Day time activities at Mingus Park, Evening activities on the Coos Bay Boardwalk starting at 8pm.

The Mill RV Jamboree

27th Annual Charleston Seafood Festival

This family-friendly party includes plenty of great live music as well as games and contests for kids and adults. Crab race anyone? Beer and wine, and, of course, SEAFOOD will be the center of the event. Always the 2nd weekend of August!

Blackberry Arts Festival

What is a Blackberry Arts Festival? Why, it’s a weekend full of juried arts and delicious, must-have blackberry treats! Blackberry jam, blackberry pie, blackberry beer (that’s right), and blackberry ice cream are just a few of the goods you mustn’t pass up at the Blackberry Arts Festival. There’ll also be live music and competitions, ensuring that a good time will be had by all that take part.
